Faculty should be able to afford housing, healthcare, and dignity in retirement. We should be able to support our families and stay ahead of rising costs without having to take a second job or add more to an already-full course load. Our students and our communities deserve the investment necessary to keep qualified, dedicated educators in Maryland.
